Hey y’all,
I’ve been actively trying to improve on my overall healthy for the last two years. I don’t have a goal weight, I’ve never had one. I’ve always been a little on the round side so to say that I have a goal weight is pointless for me because I don’t know what a lower weight would look on me or even feel. This journey has had its tough moments but I’ve enjoyed a majority of it. I will say my starting weight is 185 and I am 5’6. I don’t know my current weight. In a future post I’ll talk about what my journey has consisted of up until this point.
I’m not where I want to be quite yet but I’m getting closer and closer everyday.
